Send us your measurement or book one of our professional building measure team to use  Laser Scanning capture detailed measurements of the site(1-1.5 hours, extra fee apply). 

We get to work creating your drawings which include below:

• Existing Floor Plans and Elevations scaled @ 1:100
• Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations Scaled @ 1:100
• Existing and proposed Section drawings
• OS mapping site location plan scaled at 1:1250
• OS mapping site block plan scaled at 1:500
• Design and access statement (if required for additional £200 - £800 depending on the extent and complexity of the project)
• Fire statement (if required)
• All relevant forms completed including CIL

After you confirm your design, we will submit your application on your behalf 

(council fees not included)
